NFDIS LOTTERY RULES &
REGULATIONS
1) The NFDIS Lottery is promoted
on behalf of New Forest Disability Information Service and is registered with
New Forest District Council, Registration No:1313, Promoter - Mrs J Carpenter, for and solely on behalf of the New
Forest Disability Information Service. Contact telephone number: 01425 623485.
2) Only persons over 16 years of age who are resident in
3) In the event of any dispute the promoter’s
decision is final.
4) The draw will take place on the 1st working
day of each month, from July 2006.
5) The draw consists of electronically drawing one
number,
for each prize, at random from the issued numbers to players.
6) Each NFDIS Lottery player has a unique reference per £1 number, each unique reference number will
be entered into the monthly draw once.
7) An NFDIS Lottery member may hold any quantity of £1 numbers at any one time, and may win prizes for any winning number(s) that they validly hold.
8) Any number for which pre-payment has expired, or renewal payment has not been received, will be void from receiving a prize. In such cases the prize will automatically be transferred to the next winning number drawn.

Purchase of a £1 number, or multiples of £1 numbers may
only be made by completion of an official application form, accompanied
by payment in cash (in person only) or cheque to NFDIS
Fundraising, or by standing order payable each month, 3 monthly, 6 monthly
or annually, in advance. The organisers can not be held responsible for late
receipt of payments.
10) Payment of the above must be received by the
organisers by 15th of the month, to be entered into the next months
draw. Late payments will be held over to the following
month.
11) After minimal costs, approx 50% of
the takings will be distributed as cash prizes, 50% will go to support our
charity, the New Forest Disability Information Service.
12)
Winners will receive notification of their win by post.
13)
Winners will receive a cheque made payable to the name of the player, sent to
the address on the application form. It is the responsibility of
the player to notify the organizers of any change of
address.
14) A list of winners will be
published in the New Milton Advertiser & Times the week after the draw, displayed in the
windows of the New Forest Disability Information Service Head Office at
